Trocadero makes all of the music for RvB, though until I started listening to their music I didn't realize how absolutely crucial to the "feel" of the story it is. However, RvB -only exists- because Bungie didn't shut RT down for using Bungie's IP. It's very in-character that RT agreed to let their music team use the music freely. (By which they mean you should support Trocadero by buying their music. But frankly, totally worth it!)

They have said NUMEROUS times that they do not have an end in sight for Red vs Blue, and they intend to keep making it for as long as they aren't sick of it.
