Plus the husks are white in color and have no smell. These masses smell gross and have no where near a white color which one can deduce that other substances-- like toxins maybe-- are in that mass. Get with the program-- you are not thinking.

@ PhotoAnimationGuy--- how do you explain the weight loss or improvement in skin and hair that comes with an even semi-good colon cleanse. The husks expand with the liquid and soak up alot of toxins in the colon. I've done it and my little tummy pouch is gone and my whiteheads are totally not existing anymore.

lol at photoanimationguy, have you done a proper colon cleanse ? I have several times, you try forming something rubbery that can be poker with a pencil hard without a hole being made in it, out of psylium husks etc. What can be called mucoid plaque definitely exists. doing colon cleansing (dr richard andersonis the best) and keeping a better diet after has totally changed my health/life for the past 3 years.

That stuff isn't mucoid plaque its created by the expanded psyllium husk, its all a lie. People want to believe that this stuff comes out of you but it's just psyllium husk which expands in water and people are just trying to sell cleansing products to make you think you're ridding yourself of this gunk, but it's actually just a husk.
