@danceontightrope haha yea about that. Japan can try to conquer as many countries it needs to stroke its own self esteem. but bottom line is for all that pride talk from Japan. In the end they got their asses whooped by America. It only took two little bombs to scare the crap out of your so called pride. oh and dont call me racvist. I myself am half japanese but when i see ignorant fools such as yourself who im assuming is japanese i cant help but hate tht side of me.
@thegodofpop1 Well I am pretty sure it was the threat of the Russians joining the war that made them surrender. But this is a long disputed argument. I think that the Japanese may have gathered that the American forces didn't have an "atomic bomb tree". And feared the wrath of a ruthlessly, unforgiving communist state. Which would have meant every modicum of honour they had left would be annihilated. Letting America win would assure them the least possible impact on their way of life.
@180Quickick History is written by the victor. A declaration of surrender to the Americans is NO proof that it had "nothing" to do with the Russians. "The subsequent destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki coupled with Soviet declaration of war compelled Hirohito and his government to reconsider their position". THAT is where the argument I speak of was birthed. History taught in schools (especially American schools) Rarely point out the many factors that caused the Empire of Japan to surrender.
@ArcAngelgs ehh i don't feel like arguing about things i don't know much about i was just kinda amped up wen i read that. i just kinda felt the need to defend my country, no hard feelings
-sidenote- just understanding i dont know much about history/politics i believe if the soviets didn't even declare war it would've been the same outcome, but that's probably just me..u don't need to respond to this cus u prob know more about this than i do lol but if u have more to say feel free

Hapkido is Japanese Aikido.
Korean steal the culture of other countries.
For example,
Korean steal the Muay Thai and named it KyukTooKi, and they claim the origin.
Korean claim the origin of Chinese Kanjia.
Other country must be careful of culture stealing by Korean.

@darksword2006
No it is not.
Stop assuming, Japanese people are haters and evil, along with the Chinese and the other South East Asians same with North Korea.
South Korea is beautiful, unlike the other Asian countries.

Why did Koreans defend their country? Korea had belonged to China, Mongol, and Japan. The martial art which could not their country was useless.

@ArcAngelgs The Potsdam Ultimatum(google it) has nothing to do with russia, it's not even up for debate, let alone a "long disputed argument"
