I love how that lady tells the story about how the psoriasis people got mad at her and said "psoriasis isn't a joke" and she said "fuck you, yes it is" but at the beginning she says Tracy Morgan's joke wasn't funny because it was about something she doesn't think is a joke, which is the word "faggot". fucking hypocrite, and she's a fucking comic. @caltrof That doesn't even make any sense. Look, I'll agree that she's quite clearly a bitch, but she didn't get schooled by anyone. They both ended up agreeing. Really, Burr was even dumber, he kept coming back to the boner he got during a hockey game when someone asked if he was okay and how he had to cover it up by calling that guy a faggot. I mean in that story that's actually USED as a slur for gays, so it's not even an example for his side.
Peters, however, was great.

@aguyuno Don't you think Bill's and Russell's examples where used in a similar context? I don't see how that would be offensive to a homosexual. Either way I think Bill made more legitimate points than Lizz when it came to jokes taken out of context. And she even contradicted herself when she admitted making fun of someone with psoriasis and as soon as someone complained she said to the person " go fuck yourself".

@caltrof Oh I know she did. Like I said, she's a bitch and, I'll add this time, an idiot quite clearly... I just don't really see how he did any schooling. I mean he tried to say he uses faggot in a way that isn't gay-offensive... but then he gave an example where it WAS being used to call someone "gay". A better example would've been one of the (I'm sure) many times he's used it as a synonym for stupid, which I myself have done among friends as well. I just think they ALL argued...

@caltrof ...clumsily about this. And Peters' WAS similar, but like he said, he doesn't do it to be offensive, he uses the accent cause people think he actually does a good one (and accents have always been a part of a lot of acts), and he's making fun of stereotypes to "show how everyone is really the same". I just think he articulated his point better, even though I've actually never found Peters all THAT funny (seems to have only one joke really lol). That's my opinion, anyway.

Peters is the most intelligent comic in that discussion, notice that he explains the most with the fewest amount of words. I've never heard of the loud red cunt, she proves her own ignorance by trying to make an observation about Peters show, without having actually seen it. And thats the point Bill Burr is trying to make, that context is at the heart of (mis)interpretation.
