You slowly hover your way towards the other end, seeing wreckage happening all around you, when Glados finally decides to spill the truth on you. Her heartfelt speech, coupled with the serious music, makes you realize that Glados does have moral standards, but is bittely crushed because of her dangerous body. This is also one of the rare moments in the game where she said nothing but the complete truth to you, and you can't help but feel sorry for her. She's in more pain than you.

You know, since the emancipation grids emancipate all unauthorized objects, and there was an emancipation grid right after the crusher trap, couldn't Wheatly have just set it to emancipate humans and potatoes and killed Chell and GLaDOS right then? Oh, so the flat sideways looking turrets are defective ones? I thought (I saw the opera before other things), that they were a new type, similar to the turret wife, but, I think the wife and these flaties, probably would have been harder to topple. Well, more, if their bodes were flat and ovular, the guns popping from above and below, and the legs spaced apart, would make it much harder to topple. Though, this is different. Oh well, still interesting!
