hey guys listen up theres a WAAAAAAY easier way to do this mission. in this shortcut, it takes about half the time, u dont need to chase him, u dont get shot at and u will get fewer wanted stars. all u have to do is go in tha apartment building southeast of the stairs (use the alleyway to get in) and go to the roof and you will see the target with a red arrow above him. just target and shoot him from the roof. and NO u dont dont need a sniper rifle, any gun can be used! hope this helps! :)

I was about to, but i wanted a car chase! I was planning to steal his ride, let him take a crappier car, then shoot out the tires and watch him flail around the road like a moron while I laugh. Unfortunately it doesn't let you into his car, and the car chase was quick and anit-climatic :(
