The dischordant nature of this sort of reminds me of John Murphy's In the House In a Heartbeat and the more chirpy bits sound like The Citadel from Mass Effect (Noticing a theme there :P)

@Fu345 Its called logic Pro, or theres a cheaper version called Logic Express. I wouldnt buy it yet though as there more than likely be a new version coming out soon

Not a lot of Elfman, finally. When you get a choir, strings, celesta and harp, it remind his sound, but not a lot in the harmonics.
