Les, the singer/bass player, would announce to the audience "we are Primus, and we suck!" the crowd loved this, and its been adopted as the primus fan secret handshake ever since. so when someone says primus sucks, it is probably a compliment to the band. and visa versa, when someone doesnt know the saying, they probably havent been fans very long, which is OK in my book. fyi. peace
