This clearly is just a simple misfocused aberration cromatic of your poor lenses.

You may not beleive, but I'm not the only one who've seen it... it was really something not understandable... video is of poor quality but that was not some optical illusion or so... just could not capture it good. There were 4 dots which changes teir color and made some geometrical figyures like square, line and one dot. Of cause mobile phone can't capture it ... moreover in such low light conditions
