Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's referring to the media culture and how our society is based so much on appearences. People are cracking under the pressure to be beautiful and this is what this video is about.
i do like the song however i do not agree that wearing makeup makes a person fake makeup is there to enhance what god gave us its also fun to experiment with creating different looks using colour also just wondering why you own makeup since you think it makes a person fake ?
Exactly what is your point? I love make up it's fun. I mean we all do things that are a little fake: high heeled shoes, hair dye, teeth whitening, sun tanning, skin bleaching, acne treatments, contact lenses, false nails, nail polish, perms, relaxers, hair straightening, wearing perfume. All of these things enhance a look. So if you are trying to be insulting then you must realize that we are all faking something.
Makeup is only on the outside of a person. It wont make anyone fake, because who are really shines through all the cosmetics. Anyways I don't like to judge people by their image, I take the time to get to know someone before I call them "fake".
i think your making a relaly good point that people hide behind make-up? correct me id im worng but i think thats what ur tryin to say and i know what you mean there are so many people who wear tones of make-up, i wear a bit but not much :) i like to keep it natural lol xx
