  • hi, nice review!, wich is the software you´re using??? Thanks..

  • how long does it take to learn how to play this ?

  • @xXxThePhenomenonxXx

As long as you think learning synth would play, you might want to learn a bit about Piano first

  • man if this have like a trance sounds its fucking great itsa dream come throu can compose your own shit !

  • does anyone know how to lock velocity on this thing?

  • @epoci Only way to do it really is go back and adjust it in your program after you recorded.

  • 1:00

u use z and x to scroll thru octaves in ableton

  • can u use audacity?

  • @uhlahnuhlama94 no, audacity doesnt support midi

  • im new in this and use nexus vsti, anyones knows if i can play the nexus sounds with this midi controller??? or only the sounds of this

  • whick programm is that until 1:32 ?

  • this shit sucks get the akai lpk25

  • can you hook this thing up to your roland sp-404 and koasilator(kp3)?

  • @trlg101 It's USB only.

  • Hello, I wanted to know how to make walk my Korg nanokey with ableton live 8 because I do not arrive there, how in you were made?

  • can you add 8 bit sounds to it?

  • @JacobDeadman it's a controller ...

  • 1:07 TRON!!!!!

  • I love my nanoKeys I just hate how hard you have to press them and how stiff they are. But the Keys with the nanoKontrol is just an amazing absolute unbeatable deal. I recomend this to any "Just don't get the nanoPads" lol they suck.

  • да ебать хули такие малявки такие дорогие?!

  • The sound coming out of the keyboard when you were playing a little sample at 0:30 does that come with the keyboard or do you have to download that sound

  • how well are these built? I've heard they are fragile and flimsy.

  • Will this work with Reason 5?

  • You can scroll between the octaves on Ableton with the laptop keyboard using Z and X

  • I am guessing you cant control the rate of pitch bend ?

  • what software r u using

  • lol @ the description

  • The new shiT________.

  • are you using fast track pro soundboard? is that any delay without it?

  • Dude does anyone else get hardcore lag?

  • @AdrienChaos if your still using windows 95, yes!

  • @ncpproductions Yeah I fixed it :P sorry!

  • I just bought a Nano but it doesn't work with my Cubasis VST 4. Can you help me resolve this issue?

  • @electromanic Make Sure everything is set up. GO to your device setup and go to the midi section and it shuld pick it up as a usb depending on if your your running it through a soundcard.

  • Sexi!!!!!!

  • do you need the software to uses the nano pads and keys ?

  • Yeah I never payed attention to the part that reviewers would say about the keys feeling funny. Now that I have one, I can see what they are talking about. The keys aren't easy to press. There is too much resistance and a lot of times when playing chords it will not register some of the keys. You really have to play heavy handed, but for something this small and convenient, that's not a huge deal.

  • i want 2 buy this but idk how it would sound making dark abient music with black metal vocals.....

  • @johnm8h

The keyboard is just a controller. The software is live lite.

  • Can I use it with SampleTank 2?

  • dose it come with a program ?

  • A shit program

  • @malaka567 No you have to download it from the website!

  • IS THIS FRAGILE??

  • Nah its pretty good

  • the akai lpk25 blows the nano key out of the water...in every situation.

  • Latency, I get it too when recording, I don't know why. Sucks balls.

  • Guys.... dammed...this is a midi controller, so it works with any program that supports a midi controller. Ofcourse you could also check the Korg website but that's probably too much to ask, right?

  • FL studio doesn't support it.

  • @Alexabix how do u know, n do u know any programs compatible with it

  • does.

  • @klaasklapper It's very small how do all those sounds fit inside it ? Or is the reviewer a giant of mythical proportions ?

  • @klaasklapper Hey man, you seem to know about this. I got the Nano key, it works fine with Reason except for the drums, where everytime I hit a key, it makes the "mute"button" of the percussion I chose light up. any idea why? (the korg website was not much help for my problem)

  • @BenoitMoget hey man I dont know if anyone answered you already but does it help to change the octave when your on the drums? cuz if i remember right on a full size midi keyboard the octave below c1 controlled like mutes and solos

  • @KaleiMarston yeah someone told me the same thing in a forum. that's exactly what it was, thanks a lot! Appreciate it!

  • @klaasklapper Agree. I have nanokey and I use it with Zynaddsubfx soft synth on Ubuntu Linux. I never expected even good performance from a tiny keyboard like this. It works fine and it's really dynamic! Great product. I can't say much about reliability but it seems reliable for something so cheap and you don't need to jump on it. :D

  • @klaasklapper Thanks for info, It works in FruityLoops smooth? Can I use just a onboad audio with ASIO4ALL to get NO DELAY?

  • @klaasklapper live ableton (program name)

  • would this work with acid pro?

  • can you make the mod button do wtv you want? such as make toast? haha no but serisuly can i make it as like an arp button?

  • Yes, no, Yes

  • Great video.

Can I use the NanoKey for any DAW, specifically Logic Express?

  • works with garageband, so it should work with logic express.

  • yes

  • Is there a program, which allows you the real-time recording with a MIDI-controller like that?

  • This might sound stupid, but do you need a laptop/computer for It to work, and If so, I am looking for a keyboard like this that doesn't need a laptop/computer, like the 'Casio VL Tone' but more advanced, can anyone help me?

  • Comment removed

  • This is a midi keyboard, which means you don't have an intern audio output, because you controll an extern instrument with it. Of course you need computer in this case, because this is an usb midi keyboard.

Casio VL Tone' is syntheziser. this is a completely different tool.

  • this doesnt work without a laptop or computer

  • not stupid at all, there are keyboards that plug in but this is generally a USB powered keyboard, and yes you would need one to draw power it not really all that ideal for you purposes.

  • 0:33 how does the velocity sensitivity on this product differ from other products?

  • how do you use it with diff samples like kicks do u just load it and select it in the prgram?

  • actually, you can scroll down/up between octaves in ableton live with the z/x keys..

  • hi

    I have a question:

I just got the keyboard and wondered how you actually change the sound that ech key make. I use cubase. I know i'm a bit of a noob but I never had a keyboard before so please help me. Thx!

  • did anyone knows what module did he use??

  • i would have liked it to have a couple controller knobs and mini pitch bend and controller wheels... too bad.

  • that's why they have the other nanokontrols

  • ese sera mi proximo juguete!

  • I wish it had 7-10 more keys cause I like to play base and lead at the same time...also, I don't care much for weighted or regular keys cause you have to press them deeper which makes it harder to play faster.

  • buy 2 lol for this price it's a steal
