Funny thing is that my BSc is in biological sciences and I had a research project on breast cancer research. great tip for u for the cap 2 stay on is pin it to ur hijab with a straight pin 1 on each side , use the same color pin so it doesnt show thats wat i did when i graduated it helped big time, it was very secure!!

I don't mean to offend you, why do you wear a hijab? is it something you choose to do or something you must do? and have you ever shown anyone your hair like your mom or dad or brother or sisters and how old where you when you started to wear them. i'm just eager to know hope i dont offend:)

@beautyyqueeen911 In Islam, you are only allowed to show your hair to your family of course and other close relatives such as aunts, uncles, cousins OR to your husband. Or if your a girl you have the privilege of seeing our hair otherwise if your a boy who is not part of her family in anyway then it is not permissible to show your hair to them. @gagamamalala No, we are not allowed to show our hair to our male cousins. In Islam, you cannot show your hair to anyone you can get married to. You don't have to wear your hijab in front of your brother, father, father-in-law, etc. These are called "mahrams". Google "mahram" and you'll get the list if you're interested. :)

I went to a fabric store and they have patterns for under caps that completely cover all of your hair, and they are super easy to make, all you need is stretchy fabric and the pattern is like a tube of fabric with a circle piece sewn into the end of the tube. when you put it on there is enough material in the back to cover your bun, its really nice and the pattern is like 2 dollars and you need one yard of material it cost me like 3 dollars to make one.
