It talks about a young boy who wants to go to Akihabara, cuz the girl he likes works or live or studies there...so he wants to kidnap her and...well... y'know. Basically it's addressed to his parents, maybe in a letter, in which he apologizes.

Ah, well, it's a guy talking about his favorite idol ("Lovely Baby" in the song, but it's replaced with Berryz Koubou in the video) and all the stuff he does and wants to do. >.>; There are parts like, "I want to kidnap her," "I want to snoop on her," "I want to taint her," etc. ^^; And then there's the chorus which is really fun to sing along to in public, because you end up yelling about delusions, abuse, eavesdropping, illegal photography, and ejaculation. :D
