@kalbremex16 Theres alot of fun to this one... the fact Weskers betrayal was NEW when you discovered it/figured it out... the Hitchcockian camerplay being used on such a primitive console... the classic hellhounds through the windows... and my personal favorite, the cold, B-movie opening! Gave it a class no other videogame(other than one space computer game i cant rmember the name of) can ever reach again.

This Uncensored video only appears in the JAPANESE version of the director's cut. i have a US copy of the director's cut and [DC-dual shock version] and the morbid scenes were still covered up with "newspaper headlines".

Maybe they weren't very good at that time. For me, they make it pretty good just for that clip.

It's been a while since then and they could have taken some acting classes. Think about them in the hands of professionals.

If you are gonna make a film about a very popular videogame, the least you can do is to keep intact the characters and the plot in order to gain the millions of fans respect.

USA film industry is failing on that issue lately and I cannot understand why

Like in Knight Rider for example??? Remakes not always bring happiness to the fans, but indignation. We live in an era where graphics is all about in a game.

Regarding films, when the character of a game is brown hair and you just put a blondie just because he/she is more tallented, you are screwing the plot.

Those films are good for sure... as long as you never played their games.

Well yeah, I know and I agree.

But on the other hand, some... "changes" may make experienced players and fans a little... "uncomfortable" during a walkthrough.

Code Veronica for example has more "improvements" and however if you look at Chris Redfield, he looks like a teen compared to the earlier mature from RE1. Just "Details" of graphic improvements.

Improvement is right, as long as you keep some order. I guess I'm more in favor of EXPANSIONS rather than REMAKES, hehehe ;)

Oh yeah, the voice acting is what Resident Evil is known for! Big laughs! They finally got it right in Resident Evil Nemesis, but screwed up in the remake for the Gamecube. Only Wesker had a good voice. In Umbrella Chronicals, I have heard their voices, and I am sorry but they messed up again! Let the laughter continue!!
