my friend developed leukemia about 4 months after her grandpa (who she was really close to) was diagnosed with prostate and brain cancer. and when her grandpa died he left everything to his wife to give to who she wished, except a cd which was given to my friend. i was at her house when it arrived and it had this song on it which he'd burned onto the cd before he died and a message telling her to think 'carpe deum' . let's just say we both cried

I am no where near retirement, but I am disabled at about 20 years early and have been diagnosed with irreversible illness, so everyday, I get up I am thankful and I am not getting worse and that I am with my best bud that watched over me when we were kids. This song reminds me of my grandpapa and my old pony he was the one who bought me my first pony who was named Rex and he was fantastic. My grandpapa taught me to ride , taught me to care for a graceful wild and free animal. But sadly my grandpapa passed 17 days before our 3rd anniversary of me and rex to when grandpapa bought me rex and then sadly rex was only 17 but he got sick and we took him to the vet and they couldn't figure out what was wrong but I knew it was from depression R.I.P both

this has been a hell of a year for my family. I had a heart attack in march and lost my house in april due to the flooding in southern Il.my brother 57 just was told he has three months to live due to cancer, we had thanksgiving dinner today, I will miss him and we come from a family of 10 and he will be the first to go from us.
