Perhaps a genuine attempt to replace an H4 would consist of a low beam which lit up LEDs on the lower face of the unit, and high beam which lit up the rest too. But it still would not be quite the same as an incandescent H4. Please invent it anyway.

there is only 1 problem ...
H4 bulbs have a little mirror on the low beam filament so it will iluminate only a half of the headlight.
this is just like driving with ur high beam at 50% power
