Sad thing about it is is that the people in Alabama keep voting him to the Senate. Alabama is 70% white and 30% black. This is a place where votes are by racial lines. 90% white Alabamans vote for him 90% of black Alabamans vote against him. That is the way it is and wlll always be. If the math is done, that is 66%-34%.Sessions can't lose politically by hounding Sotomayor and he'll vote against Obama 100% of the time. He lives and dies by racialized voting.
