You get an achievement for shooting the fly trap on the xbox(the first thing) but thats about it.But the radios do give information maybe concerning the next map pack.

you do know u dont need the sniper rifle for that as long as its any PaP gun it works

yes i do know that i even stated that you shoot it with any PaPed gun, i just have the sniper so you can see the markings/spaceship on the moon and the books
