I have this CD and I love it, I listen to it all the time and meditate to it, so relaxing, I also like falling asleep while listening to this CD. I have really bad insomnia, but this CD helps me by putting me to sleep, especially after meditation, and feeling that drug-free high I get from meditation.

I lost the CD, but it was great. It was best in the beginning when I first started listening to it; the beautiful music on the first track put me into the most peaceful sleep. Afterwards it started wearing off lol but it is still very relaxing.

Almost all the music CD's this company sells are great. They usually have them up at local grocery stores.
