/cast Last Stand

/cast Enraged Regeneration

/cast Lifeblood

/cast Shield Wall

/use Healthstone

As to your other question, the biggest nerf to prot warrior damage in 4.1 will be the colossus smash nerf. Prot warriors are already useless as damage dealers as it is. On top of that nerf we are having spell reflect changed from a 6 second cooldown (glyphed and talented) to a 20 second cooldown (glyphed, no talent anymore).

@THEfemaleFIREmage Generally I bind a macro to a key for the ability I want to use. For example,

#show Shattering Throw

/cast [stance:1] Shattering Throw; [stance:2/3] Battle Stance

This will cast Shattering Throw if I am in Battle Stance, if not it will switch me to it.

@hapsap Our mobility is unchanged, but the nerfs/changes to Heroic Strike, Inner Rage and Recklessness have nerfed our burst damage somewhat.

@cambamb80 Absolutely. I should actually change the description to describe what is going on in the video more accurately. Shield Block ---> Dps Trinket ---> Inner Rage ---> Berserker Stance ---> Colossus Smash ---> Recklessness ---> Shield Slam (usually set up within stunlock). It's a combo worth mastering, even if you can only use Recklessness every 5 minutes.
