This is a pretty pointless comment, considering that it couldn’t possibly use any other sprites due to it being an Advance-style recreation! So they didn’t KILL anything; it couldn’t have been any other way. If you prefer the original sprites, watch the original intro.

This is amazing, thsi being my favorite 2D sonic game next to sonic advance makes this the greatest remake thing ever!

Although when sonic jumps off the tornadoe it looks a little awkward...

@juiceal Guess what, you are WRONG! Knuckles, is the gaurdian of the Master Emearald, wich is the gaurdian of the Chaos Emearalds, giving them the power, but when Knuckles saw Eggman's (A.K.A. Dr. Ivo. Robotnik) wrong doings of taking the Master Emerald, he knew that Sonic was able to control the Chaos Emeralds, and sent him to get it back, and return it to Angel Island, as Knuckles lost his powers with it, then Sonic And Tails took it back and Angel island rose up again! Did you get all that?

Wait, what? Oh, I don't exactly hate them---even if it sounded like that. Don't get me wrong, I love all Sonic games. You know how a gamer could be. They could love a franchise but still find some things a little off. I'm pretty sure there are some things that Mario fans or Crash Bandicoot fans would say about their faved franshies. But I still love Sonic at heart, I didn't necessarily mean that I hate them.
