  • Dear Betty,

What a hit this was! My mom and friend loved it :)

My mom had the vegaterian option ( a little more brie without the turkey) and still loved it.

    Thank you for sharing.

  • @meisjeamsterdam Thanks for your lovely feedback! I really appreciate it!

    --Betty :)

  • if you don't like turkey you can use this with chicken instead :)

  • Can I use ham instead of turkey?

  • @gymnasticslover96 Yes, definitely. Ham goes really well with brie (and other) cheese.

    --Betty :)

  • yummy...yummy...

  • @bettyskitchen Hey Betty. Do you have a cookbook or smth? I definitely would buy it :)

  • @SaaandraV Yes, I have a cookbook, "A Year in bettyskitchen." You can find it at lulu.com. Just use the keyword bettyskitchen.

    Thanks for your interest!

  • Hey Betty =] what other types of bread can you use on this sandwich besides Italian or French bread?

  • @gymnasticslover96 You may use the bread of your choice--white, whole wheat, oatmeal, rye, pita, a deli bun--just whatever you like!

    --Betty :)

  • great video, looks goooooooooooooood! I don't know why but I kept thinking it would be nice topped with a fried egg. Thanks for sharing!

  • Looks really good. I wondered how that jelly would be when I first saw the title, but now that I see it made, it looks really yummy.

  • what about mango chutney

  • @sooouuuuper Mango chutney would be a good flavor in this sandwich.

    --Betty :)

  • Very easy to make, and very delicious.

  • i can watch you forever! thank you for all these recipes! even if i don't get to make every single one of them, i enjoy learning how to make them. take care! keep um coming! =)

  • Hi Betty - I wonder why you don't just cook sandwiches like these all together on the skillet, rather than letting the bread cool?

  • O-M-F-G

    so deliciousss :D~~~~~

added favorite, and copy recipe xDDDD

Thanks Betty For your recipes xD

  • Looks lovely. Thank you Betty

  • That looks really good, the brie makes it - thanks Betty!

  • Looks good Betty---Thanks to you and Rick both for all of your hard work.

  • Looks good. I always use rasberry jam, brie, roast turkey in a pastry puff. try it around thanksgiving it gives every a spin on turkey....lol

  • Apricot goes so well with Brie, I think you made the right choice. Nice video, Thanks, Betty.

  • Yummy I am going to try this. Thanks Betty :-)

  • i see that you bought your turkey from meijer..

  • This looks really good =] Should I substitute the apricot perserves to strawberry perserves and put feta cheese instead?

  • @gymnasticslover96 I think both of those substitutions would be delicious!

    --Betty :)

  • looks yummy

  • OH Betty your sandwich looks really tasty, I think you should post it to the UK for me to try it ! ;-) Richard

  • looks good! I've always wanted to try brie.

  • Yummmie instead of the jam waht kind of fruit can I use ? Lovely

  • @kcthecook1 Cranberry sauce would taste great, but if you are staying away from anything like jelly or jam, you might try apple or pear slices.

    --Betty :)

  • @bettyskitchen oh ya cranberry sauce would be great with that!

  • looks so good Betty ummmm

  • I love your body Betty

  • I really shouldn't watch these videos at night...

  • Looks awesome! Bet it taste great, too!

  • how yummy thanks for sharing :)

  • dangit betty now im hungry, now i have to eat something that isn't nowhere near as good as your food. lol

  • quince paste would also be amazing (as I don't have any apricot jam on hand at the moment)...I think I'm going to try it with that, because quince paste always pairs nicely with turkey and cheese, particularly jarlsberg cheese - but also camembert or brie. I can't wait to try this sandwich out - you've got my mouth watering again today! So hungry now!
