Hi Betty! I'm making this for dinner tonight with your cheesy fresh corn casserole. (I'm going to make it in my Panini maker.) Thank you for this recipe, I love your videos and watch them every day!
i can watch you forever! thank you for all these recipes! even if i don't get to make every single one of them, i enjoy learning how to make them. take care! keep um coming! =)
quince paste would also be amazing (as I don't have any apricot jam on hand at the moment)...I think I'm going to try it with that, because quince paste always pairs nicely with turkey and cheese, particularly jarlsberg cheese - but also camembert or brie. I can't wait to try this sandwich out - you've got my mouth watering again today! So hungry now!

Dear Betty,
What a hit this was! My mom and friend loved it :)
My mom had the vegaterian option ( a little more brie without the turkey) and still loved it.
Thank you for sharing.

Hi Betty - I wonder why you don't just cook sandwiches like these all together on the skillet, rather than letting the bread cool?

@kcthecook1 Cranberry sauce would taste great, but if you are staying away from anything like jelly or jam, you might try apple or pear slices.
