Yea if their feet are still on the ground you can't hurdle them. They have to be laying down because they don't want anyone "getting hurt". If you can hurdle someone like that, you should be able to do it. And if you can't and you try, your legs get taken out and you bust your ass. Problem solved. Bet he won't try it again if he doesn't make it.
