@neutron7 Aluminum wiring CAN cause a fire hazard and it's typically not installed in new homes, however there's not a law requiring replacement (at least not in my area) of aluminum wiring. You do need to take special precautions, as I mention in the video, however.
Also, you may be surprised to know that (typically) the wire supplying your whole house is likely aluminum, too. Even with new homes.
