As a football coach I absolutely love this video. It's amazing what your body can do if there is no "I can't" attitude involved. The drive of the human mind and spirit can carry you a long way if you let it.

This is the first time I have seen this. It is really inspiring. Great lesson to teach kids about not putting restrictions on themselves. Kind of reiterates what I taught my own three sons. Never use the word "can't". When you do, you have just defeated yourself. I will be sharing this with my football players this fall and beyond.
