Epic lied sorry ! Gears 1 still runs better then this does. I ranked up to 100 played it since release. Finally given up cos in the UK the majority of us are getting way to much BS. Point blanks with active gnasher = sometimes works 90% does not. Therefore its just not running on servers.

Anyone playing this do what i did. Slow down your connection to about 8 meg and watch how u own people. The better your connection the shitter the gameplay. Trust me

I was ranked top 3,000 player legit on gears 2 and played against top 1 - 10 players on gears... every single match they forced host and it was laggy as fuck. Still managed to woop their ass at times but some other times the lag was so bad it was like shooting marshmallows at them, you could unload half of your shot gun clip and it wouldn't event make a dent! I gave up on GoW 2 the top players are all host forcing son of a bitches. Some do have skill though like my buddies Mistchif and Jcorpus.
