hi there,, i have now my swiss merengue buttercream.and ready to kick in my daughter bday cake. Just kinda wondering if this kind of frosting is ideal for summer? is it stable and will not melt ? im very nervous.

Fairytalecakes, it has a lot of butter in it. So yes it does taste like butter.

Yup! It's hard to kill swiss meringue. It usually gets soupy if it's too warm. - chilling it (covered) in the fridge for a bit will help stiffen it up as well!
