Not that clear cut, the people coming from India and Pakistan who pretty much do most of the hard work and get paid badly live in less luxury than others. Although if they didn't go to Dubai they'd be in India or Pakistan and I think it's better even just being in Dubai. They don't get paid much but in the end in their home countries it's the same. I've spoken to alot of the workers there, good people and friendly it's just that they are under hard circumstances.
