Those cats need bones to eat as well... whole bones to clean their teeth... ground up bones fulfill a calcium need but whole bones will keep you from teeth rotting out....
The recipe can be found at catnutrition org. You can start out easy for the first month or two . Use the recipe without the "real bones". The one with the bones would require you to have a meat grinder. I started out that way too, to get used to the procedure. My kitties are very healthy and they absolutely love this stuff!

@Joschisworld What is that mushed up stuff? Cats still need to eat BONES as well, not just soft meat. Bones are needed for clean teeth and calcium.
