This needs lot of improving, I'm a student learning too, but were much better than this, we always check positions first and always tune.

Why is the first cellist shifting? Unless I'm mistaken, the note played there should be an E (first finger on D string.). I know there are other ways to play that note, but first finger is so much easier for vibrato on the cello, and they're kinda young, so they shouldn't do that unless they're REALLY advanced...
