Depends how sick I am.

If it's like little headache or upset stomache then I play but if I have a migraine and feel like I just got penetrated through the belly button, then I stay I try and sleep.

Coming from one who has chronic illness, this is how I look at it. If I'm sick but don't feel like I'm dying... I scape. If I can't think stright because I feel that bad, I tend to just sit there and watch TV for the entire day... or maybe do some scaping that takes no attention, but I definately avoid things like dungeon and pvm where attention is requiered,

i play runescape 24/7 when im sick. that's actually when i do my best grinding. i went from 51-72 agility in like a day when i was sick. it also gives me a sort of excuse to play scape all day. the only difference is i go to bed earlier when im sick.
