he's now 16 (and tall) and does not jump anymore :-)

This kid has got a bright future, hes got a lot of potential, I think he needs to work on his fairway game, he was swinging and lifting his head and hitting it fat, his short game and putting are great, only thing I would fix is on hid pitch shot come down on the ball a little bit more, Good Job, and Good Luck Polo.
