I am sorry to hear you think so. The games story is horrible boring and dull. We know just as little about the characters, or even less, as we did with the ODST squad. The weapons does impossibly fit with the canon, the Covenenant mysteriously now have access to technology such as cloak on massive scale and teleportation. Which, they never did...

However, "Halo Reach" does not offer anything else than stupified weapons, a broken story, improved Forge and graphics that creates headache.

Mate, did you even read the books? I hardly think so, atleast you cannot have paid attention to details or dates at all.

I take it you are an avarage console player though. The consoles are 6 year old outdated piles of scrap metal compared to modern day computers. The graphics DOES cause headache by just looking at the game, packed with texture filters and a faked motion blur. Yuck!

This is the reason Im not completly happy with halo: reach. According to this story the pillar of autum was already in space had cortana aboard. Not to mention that Dr. Halsey had no idea that the Spartan III existed. Another thing is that there was no covenant super carrier in the book.

I got ODST today, its really good, the story is REALLY REALLY short but, its really fn and addicting, the fireteam is AWSOME! i got into it 1 hr and 30 min on easy. i would sugest getting it, its worth 60 bux. its also 2 disced, the other disc is a crap load of a bunch of multiplayer maps including Fordge.
