But it's convenient for many people, isn't it? I mean, you could carry a seperate PDA or laptop but that wouldn't make much sense, and it'd be much harder to manage.

There's still plenty of feature- or 'dumb'-phones for those who don't want a complicated/expensive phone. Now I agree these could be a little bit more innovative, like this one perhaps (seems cool - and impractical), but it sounds to me as though you're saying smartphones shouldn't be getting this much attention, or be made at all.

I agree.. it is u-g-l-y UGLY! The screen is ulgy the numpad even worse, and like DomBirch93 noted very unoriginal. If it's gonna be released with a monochrome display as shown in the clip than it's probably the worst "fancy design"-phone in history. I will be amazed if they sell more then 1.000 worldwide.

If you want to create a mobilephone that's supposed to be impressive, give it something it can flaunt with.. like *cough* DESIGN.. or a really nice and sharp MULTICOLOR screen!
