I don't think dolphin is not about ram (only pcsxe2 needs 3 or 4 GB ram) , I guess 3 or 2 GB of Ram should do the ram requirement for dolphin but not 16.But you got Full Speed =D

but just you could have upended less if you just bough 4 and I don't think 4 is a very huge difference unless maybe you are doing the Ram hack Texture on dolphin , any ways 5/5 =)

What if some of your software uses over 4GB of memory, then it wouldn't be a benefit? Actually I use VSTi's for music production and they can easily eat up 8gig of ram. Though as far as only gaming is concerned you are correct.
