And it's not even because of the first half, anybody in the working world empathizes with Erin because we've all had shitty entitled workers like Olivia who expect to be treated like a princess and have everything handed to them.

In the first half Whitney pulled a look for an Elle cover when Olivia had shot down the look. The look was selected and when they were complimented on it Olivia took Whit's credit.
