Religion is not the problem, the fundamentalists that religion holds are. Most "moderate" believes agree with atheists that there should be a separation of church and state and they believe that science is an away to answer questions. It is good to hear someone being open to discussion even if you will not agree with the other side in any way shape or form. No, I am not a christian, but there is still room to allow someone to be true to their faith, especially when they are not being a butt head.
