Here in Germany, one of the best selling new movies was "Der Schuh des Manitu" (Manitou's Shoe), a parody on Italo western movies. In this, several good "take a fruit break"-like scenes were used. For instance, the members of the bad guys gang ask their boss three questions known from a kids' chocolate ad, but he replies "You better should eat some apple!" and throws them one. Also, one of the main characters shows his friend how to brush your teeth right. I think this is good education! :)
