it's OK to miss notes. I have an HDTV so it makes it a little harder. i don't have trouble playing expert. and the drums are not very responsive AT TIMES. my kit is fine for the playstation 2. but if you don't hit hard enough or your pads activate the other pads by hitting a half of that side. that makes you not FC a song. but i don't have trouble with my kit.
