@persiankid897 Actually, Goku used it just one more time during the extreme early parts Great Saiyaman/Majin Buu sagas as a super saiyan, thus making it "Super Kaioken".

actually his body was so pumped up there,because kaioken is supposed to inrease your power(and many more things) leading also in a sudden increase of your muscles...thats why its dangerous to use kaioken over a certain level,cause your body may not hold together!if you watch the battle with vegeta again you ll see what i mean...
