You assume just because the same factory builds both compressors that they are the same quality. Sad example of justification for buying from communist China. For $15 or even more, I will buy the real thing.
@mb55chev Its ashame you would say I made an assumption when you displayed complete ignorance about Sanden. Sanden has always been manufactured in Singapore, Japan, and Texas. Since 1999 when the Chinese infiltrated the Automotive a/c industry companies have had to adjust. If you truly believe Sandens are manufactured in the USA then you should do some research. On Sandens website they list many manufacturing facilities, none of which are in the States.
