@DistantPrince They're pieces of evidence that lead to her most likely being Alice. First; some comments state that it says it's younger alice in the art books (or something like that). Second is a feature I see: They both have green eyes. Third is plausible: The queen of hearts in the first game "American Mcgee's Alice" was also a distorted version of alice and probably still is. It's also possible that this is Alice but with Lizzie mixed in due to events affecting the mind.

I think the reason why she'd be a younger Alice too is because Alice is taking the "child's" route of running away from her problems---purposefully trying to forget about what Bumby's doing to the kids, even if she doesn't realise what she'd doing.

But in the first game the Queen's an adult because for the entire game she knows what she's doing and is taking the mature route of dealing with her guilt instead of forgetting it.

Seriously, it seems like Alice was really disturbed by her feeling that she let it happen and was focused alot on those feeling in chapter 4.

Being the youngest in the family usually ends up being spoiled; by treating her as a princess or Queen by which Alice would considered her as such. Alice's imagination would create an image that represent and based someone or something. But nothing have said that she was anything like that or mentioned about her at all.

The inhabitants represent some individual's personality behavior and the environment. Lizzie have some linkage to the queen; but I believe it is more sensible that the queen is based on her mother than her sister. A mother's authority is the usually common relationship with the daughter.

For all of you arguing about who the red queen is, just accept who you think the red queen is and stop trolling on the people who think otherwise.

For me regardless of what the artbook says, I like to think she's an incarnation of Lizzie in Alice's mind because she looks nothing like Alice when she was a little girl, and because she looks more like the girl in the family portrait (aka Lizzie)

It also feels deeper in meaning than if it were young Alice.

The Queen is Young Alice and there is no evidence that she's Lizzie and it's been confirmed many times even by Mcgee himself that the Queen has no connection to Lizzie. Infact the Queen has a child's body if you look very carefully. Sometimes people deny evidence even when it's front of them.

That's where I got the impression that the red queen was Lizzie. in the images of Alice when she was younger, she doesn't resemble the red queen at all.

Looking at really the only image of Lizzie, you can see that Lizzie has bangs and shoulder length hair.

Each denizen of Wonderland represent's a part of Alice's psyche, another example is the Jabberwock from the first game, which represented her guilt. Simply put, the Queen is quite literaly the very heart of Wonderland itself.
