  • I used Binder & Binder and they were great. Got my disability in about 6 months. However, that is not "normal", most people who apply, even using a lawyer, can wait sometimes 1 to 2 years. I was lucky, plus I had a lot of stuff wrong with me that doctors were able to back up in reports. Having doctors who fill out all paperwork required of them is very important. Plus you may need to take a state physical. Which I did. For me, everything just fell into place and I got my disability quickly.
