  • What I find unbeliveable is that anyone thinks that any of this is more than stalling. When did the passing of a bill mean it was writtien in stone. Fine, Amend it! Do It! why is that a question, pass the bill. By the way, Tort reform refers to proposed changes in the civil justice system that would reduce tort litigation or damages. That has nothing to do with this but I guess you thought that sounded good since most people won't bother to investigate. You must be a tea bagger.

  • This is a half truth. The Republican plan was several billion dollars more expensive than the Obama plan. The Republicans are trying to get the "pre-existing conditions" allowance for health care insurance. If this is a problem, do something about it and add it as an amendment to the bill instead of destroying the bill by stalling. He knows he can do that later. When did any bill ever not have to be amended? Never. They are stalling on voting. Good, John, amend it. Thank You.

  • Un-frikking-believable, and the Dems were saying that they do not want to have any tort reform!!!!!

  • Unbelievable!
