question. are you going to keep the 'fancy golf to get the fancy pants' thing in there. cuz to be honest, finding the snail, finding the hole and getting the snail shell into the hole, with everything in between was a great idea (don't get me wrong) but it'll kinda get old. i hope u don't.

Have you ever considered doing a "star system" ala Super Mario 64 in Fancy Pants, eg. multiple objectives in one level? I can't think of any 2d platformers that do this, but it'd add a lot of replay value.

Also, have you considered swimming? I know swimming in platform games usually equals boring, but if the control were fluid enough and FPM wasn't completely defenseless underwater (which is my gripe with underwater levels in most platform games), it would be a lot of fun.

Also, one of the gripes I had with both Fancy Pants games was that the bosses' movement felt too tween-y compared to FPM. Just saying.

Hm, not a bad idea.

And I agree, the bosses were both significantly more detailed than FPM, but I'm using a Cintiq now so traditionally animating more complex characters should be much easier this time around. And it's always great to see someone value FBF over tweening :D

I cant wait until this game comes out fancy pants is one of the best games i know. If it were a full length game on ds i would play it day in and day out. So i have two questions.

1.Have you had any thought of making fancy pants a full length game (i know sponsers will come after playing)

2. Are there going to be any obtainable abilities in future fancy pants or cutie pants games like in fancy pant world 1?

I got an idea that she could spin a bit in the jump while she walking/standing still. (Kinda like an spin jump.)

And the she could lean a bit towards where she's jumping when she's running.

Maybe you can have her have a move exclusive to her and a move exclusive to fancy in which you have to use either one to reach certain trophies etc, so you have to play through with both characters to complete the game fully?
