I stopped going to gay clubs for a while but now I go a bit.. Its different now. Like lesbians dont look or talk to me and guys constantly try crack onto me lol. Def a different feeling that takes time to adjust to but its okay in the end. Just is a constant reminder of how important it is to stick together in the community, despite the differences. The gay bars make me nervous too. Gay men are very nice to me but some gay women aren't very nice at all. Either because they know I'm trans or read me as a straight male and either way, that doesn't fly sometimes. Lots of tension.
