I don't know if swimming itself can make you grow taller, what I do know is having good posture can stimulate your growth plates slightly, but even that is only over extended periods of time. It is impossibble to change your body's growth pattern, you can only maximize it by supplying it with enough calcium, protein, and energy to grow. Maintaining good posture, during swimming as well I suppose, will cause vertical growth, but will not significantly
