First off halo is a competitive game. Secondly, pulling off nice no scope's, sticks, ninja's and so on take skill and practice. Halo 3 is a great game and that is why it is an intense focus of mlg.
@claydaman60 yea the only gun in halo 3 that takes remotely any skill is the sniper, even then all non mlg people do with it is no scope from 2 inches away. sorry man, I don't consider that to be competitive at all...but still pretty fun game imo. Its interesting to see how much people flame me though because I don't nerdgasm when I see these basic sniper kills and stuff...give me a break, you console only players are too easily impressed.

@Mezecs MLG used to play shadow run a while back but dumped it when gears of war and halo 3 came out I think...but the point is that came to a way more skill than halo 3. The only reason it is played less at MLG was because it lacked the popularity of the halo games...but overall it was a much faster paced and more competitive game. There are probably a few other games I could point out but I don't care to think about them right now...

Nowhere near what I expected. I thought they would try their hearts out to surpass the Str8tage but I guess they didn't. The intro was good and creative witht he nice text and the BR burst shown but the bullets looked too real for Halo and that sorta ruined it. There were actually blood effects which I thought no one would use anymore because of it's popularity now. The editing also seemed really mediocre, like at 1:02, I would expect an ameteur to do a crop like that.
The gameplay was really good but again, hard to compare against Str8. Overused songs, which I still liked. Also the text for the watermarks looks extremely rushed. Overall, 4/5. Please don't hate on me. I'm giving my opinion and I feel it's well reasoned. If you can prove me wrong, be my guest.

Nowhere near what I expected. I thought they would try their hearts out to surpass the Str8tage but I guess they didn't. The intro was good and creative witht he nice text and the BR burst shown but the bullets looked too real for Halo and that sorta ruined it. There were actually blood effects which I thought no one would use anymore because of it's popularity now. The editing also seemed really mediocre, like at 1:02, I would expect an ameteur to do a crop like that.

The gameplay was really good but again, hard to compare against Str8. Overused songs, which I still liked. Also the text for the watermarks looks extremely rushed. Overall, 4/5. Please don't hate on me. I'm giving my opinion and I feel it's well reasoned. If you can prove me wrong, be my guest.

well i looked at the Pro Teams and Flamesword wasn't on Status Quo, so yes it was confirmed. They might still make a montage with trading Flameswords clips with Clutchs.
