My husband and I just bought this a few days ago and are planning on playing it with a few friends this afternoon! Thanks for the quick tutorial! One thing to note, you can pick up your trains and move it to a different city of your own as long as you play the same resources to "make another train" that way you don't have to worry about connecting rails ALL over the board.
...also when you roll the dice and you are not able to collect a resource....you take one gold instead.

Yeah sounds like it may run a little long for the type of game that it is. The settlers look like bombs. I wonder if that was on purpose
