It's ok to use HID on Projector headlight. But on reflector or lens type of headlight, it's not recommended. You can, just adjust the headlight. Make it lower.
Ok, here is my 2 cents.... if u put hid bulbs in place of the factory halogen bulbs and u are using the factory headlight, u must lower the headlights because of the light out put is wider and more broad than a halogen, that's why everyone seems to hate people with them because they fail to lower them.... thanks...
HID is BETTER by far, but if you need to upgrade your HIGH BEAMS, these are great. I won´t recommend putting HID on high beams, as everytime you flash them, you make the ballasts to switch on and off inmediately, that is the worst thing to do to a HID ballast. Just my 5 cents
i bought them 3 weeks ago.. they are brighter and whiter than my old (ford taurus) standart bulps... but the result is not that good as i thought it would be

I have an E320 2005 mercedes and I just got these lights they are noticably whiter and alot brighter as well

@alexvaldana Except HIDs blind any and ever driver coming the opposite direction. I wouldnt dare put HIDs in my truck.

@Motorfordtoyota that depends on the type of headlight you have. I have HID on my Lancer GTS and had no problems so far blinding oncoming traffic.
